Automatic labeling device P-LAB2
An automatic labeling device that can be installed on existing rewinding tables has been upgraded.
SHIMA SEIKI's automatic labeling device P-LAB has been renewed. The supported fabric thickness has increased from 55mm to 130mm, and the acceleration of the head has improved production efficiency. P-LAB2 is a device that prints necessary information for picking up, such as size and item number, on labels and automatically attaches them to the fabric being cut. By attaching labels in optimal positions based on piece data, it facilitates management in subsequent processes. With P-LAB2, it is possible to share marker data created with our CAD system SDS-ONE APEX series, eliminating the need to create new data or full-size markers. Additionally, it allows for attachment using a self-driving method and labeling in parallel with cutting, further enhancing production efficiency. P-LAB2 can be used by attaching it to the spreading table* that customers already own. *Please contact SHIMA SEIKI for information on compatible spreading tables.
